Modularity

The core section of CirCoLi’s proprietary technology is modular, enabling a smooth scale-up and enabling existing facilities to easily increase their operational capacity. The modularity also allows adaptation of the technology to a broad range of recycling capacities, while maintaining competitive capital and operational expenses.

Customizability

CirCoLi’s equipment can be customized to the specific needs of the commissioning facility. The retrofittable nature of the process enables battery recycling to be decentralized and reduces the risks associated with centralized recycling hubs. CirCoLi’s decentralized approach maintains high safety standards, and limits scrap battery transportation and storage.

Flexibility

The modularity of CirCoLi’s process allows variations in feedstock, and unlocks the potential for multiple recycling lines in a single site. Start-up and shut-down times are minimized thanks to the reduced single-line capacity and the ambient operating conditions, ensuring superior performance.
